The following general terms and conditions apply to Inner-Tree.
Article 1: Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all services and agreements of or with
Inner-Tree and all related acts, both preparatory and executive.
Article 2: Company description
Inner-Tree focuses on personal development coaching in the broadest sense. Inner-Tree is registered with the Chamber of Commerce as a sole proprietorship under number 66079446.
Article 3: Definitions
a. The contractor/therapist is in this Mr. Sytze Wierda, owner of Inner-Tree, who uses these terms and conditions when offering his services.
b. In this context, the client is the one who uses the services offered by Inner-Tree.
c. All agreements that are made between the client and the contractor about the services to be offered are regarded as an agreement.
Article 4: Terms of payment
a. Inner-Tree charges the fees owed by the client
by means of an invoice. Payment must be made to the bank account indicated on the invoice within a period of 15 days after the invoice date.
b. In the event of late payment or failure to make payment, the client is legally in default
and Inner-Tree reserves the right to
stop fulfilling the contract with immediate effect.
Article 5: Rescheduling appointments
a. If the client cancels the appointment within 48 hours for the relevant
appointment, the client will have to pay the full costs. The client is
due to pay 100% of the total agreed principal sum if he/she, even without cancelling,
does not use the agreed services of the client.
b. Inner-Tree reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments
if he cannot properly execute the agreement.
Article 9: Duration and Termination
a. At any time the agreement between therapist and client can
be terminated by both parties, except when it applies to a series of sessions, or be extended.
b. The termination of the agreement does not affect the financial obligations that have still been
unfulfilled.
c. If during the facilitation process it appears that it is necessary to change the assignment, an adjustment will be made in mutual consultation. If the nature, scope or content of the agreement is changed, this may have consequences for the total amount involved and schedule.
Article 10: Liability
a. Inner-Tree is never liable for direct or indirect damage that the client or third parties suffer as a result of actions or decisions taken as a result of or during a coaching/facilitation session.
b. The client remains responsible at all times for choices made.
Article 11: Complaints procedure
a. If the client has complaints about the work performed, he must do so within 14
days after the complaint arose in writing to Inner-Tree.
b. After taking note of and discussing the complaint with the client, Inner-Tree will implement the chosen solution direction as well as possible.
